Mobile App Research and Design

LoanSphere™ Opportunity Assist was one of the products I worked on at Black Knight.

I was tasked to interview clients and then design functionality within the mobile app that would allow admins to create custom campaigns, eventually allowing their end-user to receive notifications to take action.

I conducted interviews with our stakeholders and clients to discover their pain points, then tested prototypes with a wider base of clients and admins.  This project was on a very tight deadline and high priority, so we took it out of a typical sprint process and conducted a war room with our mobile app development team and QA to get to production as quickly as possible.
